With over 17 years of hands-on technical and executive experience, Mr. Jesulana Festus Ololade leads Jesulana Engineering International Limited with a vision rooted in absolute precision, rigorous science, and uncompromised structural integrity.
His professional journey began in the field as a Trainee Geotechnical Engineer in 2009. Through a relentless commitment to technical excellence, he quickly distinguished himself across multiple top-tier engineering firms—mastering electrical resistivity data interpretation, subsoil investigation, and complex site supervision.
During his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) assignment in Anambra State, his exceptional leadership qualities shone brightly. While serving as a Physics educator and Corps Liaison Officer (CLO), he was simultaneously headhunted as Site Resident Engineer for Hydroworks Nig. Ltd., successfully supervising major irrigation rehabilitation works for the Anambra River Basin Development Authority.
Returning to the private sector, his proven track record of flawless project delivery led to a rapid promotion from Geotechnical Engineer to Projects Manager at T.A.E. Engineering Nig. Ltd. Within a short span, he expanded his vision further—dedicating his personal vacations to learning cutting-edge global methodologies, mastering advanced subsurface technologies, and ultimately founding Jesulana Engineering International Limited.
